>When did you switch?
Back in January or February, I think.
>Why?
I had been slowly getting sick of Windows bullshit for years, but the impetus for making the switch was that W10 EOL was on the horizon.
>Previous OS?
W10.
>Current distro?
Debian 13.
>Usecase?
Writing, web surfing, and schoolwork.
>What annoys you or doesn't work?
For whatever reason, I couldn't get my built-in speakers to work properly. I ended up just buying a pair of Creative Pebbles and those work fine. The one other thing that annoyed me when I first started out is that for some reason, every single Linux install defaults to the Radeon driver, which causes flickering on my machine. I couldn't figure out what was causing it initially, and I almost gave up on Linux.
>What works great or is impressive?
Apart from the two things I mentioned above, every else has been a stark improvement over Windows.
