I was just about to post that one. Even if the achievement worked properly it'd be impossible to get legitimately. There's no way you're getting 100,000 views on some random TF2 replay. Plus if it did work properly, you'd be competing against thousands of other players trying to unlock the exact same achievement. It's a nightmare to think about.
