It's more that she's one of the hardest umas to build, there's so many rng factors that have to line up with her. It feels like 1 in 10 runs with her has a real chance but when you finally get most of the exodia assembled you end up missing one green or all rainbow trainings suddenly stop and your stats suck. It's honestly bullshit that groundwork is so important but there's zero cards that guarantee it.
It's amazing how comfy it feels going back to "normal" careers. I did a few Doto runs yesterday and basically all of them were decent, mostly had 0 good speed rainbows off of 4 supports. Getting medium S is the only hard part.
