Leah and Barbara are Priest's closest friends, I'm sure they're not taking it well. We don't know much about Barbara's character, but Leah was definitely in love with Priest this whole time. There are too many panels of her longingly staring at Priest as he does shit with Imuri, and she literally said

when confronting Leviathan (jokingly, sure, but it's still obvious she loves him).
I'm half-expecting a future chapter to cut to Leah having an absolute mental breakdown while Barbara tries to pull her out of it.
