The high power is just runoff from a 9 power parent and maxxing speed. The stamina is usually 2-3 good stamina cards. They give a bonus for stamina when training with them and offer bonus Stamina at the start. You get growth rates too which increase it all. Ideally they got good rainbow rng got 1100 speed before final summer then dumped it all onwards into power/Stamina
