Give it a set, they're ensured artifact support for next set. Not sure if it will be legendary support... but even a new gold, or some other support cards would go hard. That said, I still think Orchis is going to be core in most portal decks, unless the deck has a better in archetype finisher for the same price point.
So next set, or the next set after that, that's when you can probably play "Pure" artifacts.
