So I would say for regular looping Tiamat does not beat 2xCastoria outside of damage and it's situational for 2x S.Skadi + OG Skadi. Tiamat kind of needs 2x Tiamat to work or have someone else who can give that extra NP if you have a single one. But at that point you might as well use Skadi. But for CQ on the other hand, she seems to be on par with Castoria.

I hope I can finish the event story before 14th of september. I'm going to Japan that day and I'd rather not feel like rushing the story during the evening. And hopefully I'm back before the next.
