So I would say for regular looping Tiamat does not beat 2xCastoria outside of damage and it's situational for 2x S.Skadi + OG Skadi. Tiamat kind of needs 2x Tiamat to work or have someone else who can give that extra NP if you have a single one. But at that point you might as well use Skadi. But for CQ on the other hand, she seems to be on par with Castoria.

It really depends on what NP Gauge you need every wave. I can definitely see her encroaching on Castoria's territory though, at this point her NP Gain Up just isn't that valuable in 90++ anymore and Tiamat offers more damage than her both on just one servant and especially for the whole group.

It depends on the node but for most stuff you run both an AoE and an ST servant nowadays, if those two are Quick/Arts then Tiamat is extremely versatile since the other supports like Castoria/Koyan/Skadi only have single target buffs wheras Tiamat will increase the damage of both of them

Double Tiamat doesn't look very good. Summer Skadi has guaranteed 65% quick buff, while Tiamat 70% but only with NP5. S.Skadi gives the same attack buff. Tiamat on the other hand, gives you 100% crit on every card if you NP though, while Skadi gives you only on Buster but on skill.
However, the 10% party charge each turn can be crucial. She probably works good with some quick servants or some multicore comps, but not with everyone and for everyone.
