The One Piece is Joyboy's Eyepatch if anything - the one piece that used to cover his eye (socket). Joyboy is almost definitely going to be The Eyepatched Character, and chances are that His Eyepatch is the only one in existence. The Eyepatch is already extremely legendary in its own right, and I can't think of anything more qualified to be It - nothing more legendary, and nothing more simultaneously ridiculous.
