You're me. Im 6'3, decent looking, used to be low inhibition and slay, but a nasty breakup cooked my confidence levels out of orbit and did some nasty shit to my brain. Now I get nervous talking to old lady cashiers.
I even tried all the raved about anxiety drugs (phenibut, kratom, nardil, etc...) and they did fuck all. Never explored the SSRIs/SNRIs, but I'm not rolling the suicidal ideation dice over women. That's the bus stop I get off on, so it's pretty much GG. Social anxiety is a true dating nuclear blackpill, WAY more so than looks.
