After the update i prefer to give him to Mandrakes. You can at least see his rection there, where with Jimmy you don't. Giving him to Slaanesh or to the Black Hear is also good, and the latter nets you an alliance with a drukhari warband that you can use to your advantage, but that comes at a price of having your crew slaughtered
