>If you'd actually try to make the game's main story a movie, you may have some impressive action set pieces, but everything in between would be mc traveling a lot, characters talking in riddles and throwing meaningful gazes around without elaborating, while the mc just beats stuff up. It would be trashed by critics and normalfag moviegoers.
It would be shockingly similar to In the Lost Lands, which was a huge box office bomb with not-good audience scores because they found the whole thing baffling and incomprehensible. That shit doesn't fly in cinema.
