I posted this before.
100 g oats, 4 eggs, salt, pepper and dried basil. Cook in butter
It's mu breakfast with black coffee.
You can add cheese to it or bacon bits, whatever you want.

Breakfast
I've started to eat a panic for breakfast made with 100 g oats and 4 eggs. Not because I'm gluten intolerant, but because I need the fiber in the morning. The energy it gives me is very stable and good fuel for workout.
