League's more micro if you play certain heroes. Pic related makes me reinstall it from time to time. But honestly it might be because they can five stack with their discord buddies and if the game isn't fun insta surrender and be out of it onto the next game. It's also way simpler to learn so they can get others into it faster and you don't need to ever think about items since it's usually A>B>Y>X>C. And with NA the majority just plays a mode called allrandomallmid which is just more starter gold, less towers, and a single line map.
