Tomorrow I'm going back to my old electrician company to ask/beg/plead for a job. This market is so fucking shit right now and until HR roasties get pimp slapped back into reality and drop the whole "le gurl boss" mentality the hiring process will forever be shit. I cannot take it anymore. Just last week I had a phone interview where I knew within the first 2 questions this cunt was wasting my time and was going to ghost me and sure as shit pic related happened.

If they deny me IDK WTF I'm going to except just keep applying and clowning myself. I might even go to several older company and beg and grovel for a job. GIVE ME A JOB ALREADY. I KEEP GETTING INTERVIEWS AND MAKING IT PAST THE ROUNDS. JUST LET ME SPEAK TO A FUCKING MAN ALREADY. FUCK WOMEN SO GODDAMN MUCH.

>been unemployed for 8 months with 5 jobs that sucked
>2 of which were sales jobs so might as well be 3 jobs

I have 3 options:
1. Keep applying and accept it is like winning the lottery if someone hires me and I can't nepo my way in
2. Go back to working the trades as an electrician. I've made a deal with myself that if this is my future I will become an alcoholic. At least 1 or 2 beers a night followed by liquor on the weekends.
3. I am playing with the idea of going back into the military nearly a decade later for something like IT or code monkey. IDC about dying for Israel or my country. I want to learn the skills these professions offer and worse case scenario I do it until I'm 30 and then enjoy retirement.
