Have chocobo racing a thing you can do against players, have more Mario party esque minigames in the gold saucer, golf, have mini games like cards or poker be done in the gold saucer and outside of it, have a way for people to spectate pvp matches in a city states just some ideas and for like golf they can add like cool fantasy quirky elements to it to make it Arcady and lastly baseball having baseball in this game would be sweet
