thats unreal engine for you,i can run warframe on high settings no problems,spam ember 4 or shoot mandonel with mirage in the sanctum anatomica,barely drops bellow 50 fps
i boot up TFD on ultra low settings,i get 4 fps in the hub area ,20 if im the only person in render distance
