I think it's ok. Heritage and Witch School give you allies; they are very good. Self-Taught however has no advantages, no reason to take it. Demonic Oath is an obvious trap. Trading part of your eternal soul for one mastery? No way. Bioarcane Splicing is too risky imo, but some may find it acceptable.
