am i even supposed to "push through" when things are like this? Do i apply effort when it does nothing and feels horrible ? i feel like giving up and just waiting for a time when studying actually does something

i'm at a fucking loss
tried checking dll, skse logs, everything, but my game refuses to start. it'll boot up but hang before getting to the main menu, it doesn't CTD or anything and i'll just have to close it out through the task manager.
i disable some mods and it'll launch fine, but after running LOOT it'll just hang again (even tried using the sort now function in vortex itself, same result).
tried disabling recently installed mods or mods installed months ago and get the same result. i didn't even install anything new, just updating random mods like assorted mesh fixes and the like.
anyone get this issue before and figured out what the problem was? not even at the plugin limit; have 227 active and 1969 light plugins, maybe some are too script heavy or something? or a UI plugin? I am using Dear Diary, maybe that's it.
