Sounds like you're just in too much of a hurry, buddy. Same shit happened with ER with people rushing through the game in some kind of fomo desperation of having to beat it in the first few days. Learn to take breaks and end the day on a high note before you've worn yourself out and you'll have more fun.

Don't be worried, this issue isn't nearly as severe as you and many others make it out to be.
It's actually self-solving in the end due to evolutionary factors.

What's going on here is that women have received unprecedented levels of freedom and many of them use that freedom poorly, choosing careers over spreading their genetics.
This means that they will earn a lot of money in their lifetimes, spend small fortunes on vacations, wine and cat food, and then perish without leaving a trace of their existences.

But women with strong mating instincts do still exist, those who at 20yo decide "Yeah I don't want to go to college, I want to find a good husband and give birth to 10 kids!"
THEY are the women who will shape the future, as their own children will share the same mindset, i.e. less careers more mating.

So the populations will see a temporary dip, but in the future the smaller populations will consist of breeders, and they will continue to breed as their genes command them to do, bringing the populations back up again.
Ergo, it's a self-solving issue.
