It will probably cost $1,000 to fix which I'll pay for, she demanded I pay her $10k which I gotta say is a little bit annoying considering how much she's demanded of me. She's not letting me sell or rent out the house she put a down payment on despite me putting in more than double that in work to fix it up, and even then she'll get all the money, I think she just wants my car insurance accident money so I can't buy land.
Anyway I'm just gonna roll with the punches and see if I can get better at webdev and get out from under her thumb. She's just going through menopause so she's obviously kinda mental right now.
