In no way does supporting your trans child count as Munchausen's Syndrome by Proxy. It is where the parent either fakes symptoms in a child or induces real symptoms to make them appear ill. Listening to your child say that they are a certain gender(or no gender) and thus letting them express themselves in that way is absolutely not MSBP
If that theory was true, wouldn't you be able to say the same about any kind of illness or syndrome in a child?
