I'm 31 and live with my parents :)
Though I have a job and pay rent. My parents can't really afford to live without me here, so I am less of a kid living at home and more like a contributing member of the family. This house is the only thing we've ever really owned and it will eventually pass to me in the future (hopefully far in the future). It also has appreciated like 75% in value since they bought it, so it is also an investment.
I don't mind living at home and neither do my parents. I like to go to grocery shopping with my mom (I cook my own dinner) to spend time with her as we talk and walk around. Then I watch football with my dad or talk about video games with him since he likes to play games too. I help out with chores and yardwork, especially now that my dad is getting up there in age. I have my own car and can drive, but sometimes my parents use my car since it is a bit bigger and sometimes I use theirs. I like this life. I wouldn't trade it to live on my own. I enjoy having a good relationship with them. They don't want me to move out either and also know how shitty the economy and housing market is.
