I don't think people properly appreciate just how ruthless Vance will be if Trump actually dies or gets deposed. Nobody understands how cruel Millennial right-wingers are because they get overshadowed by Zoomer right-wingers, but everything the Zoomers do started with Millennials with the same ideas.

Who would back him? Remember Trump's Iran strikes? Vance was standing with Rubio and Hegseth and none of them looked happy. I think if Vance thought he had a shot he could get Hegseth and Rubio on board. Would Defense and State on his side be enough to topple Trump? Or would he need more support? Might have to get Bessent fron Treasury on board, he's a fag but he seems to be fairly no-nonsense, he could be persuaded that Trump has to go. He also used to work for Soros so we know he's not averse to skullduggery.
