This right here. Happened to one of the shady companies I worked at. Would boast to me "I'll get the indians who'll to do it for cheap". Long story short, instead of properly training me as they said they would in certain areas I lacked, they fired me for someone with 10+ years experience. Few years later their entire business went under. Serves them right, fucking pricks
