No, take the normal BR-271. They are APHEBC, they got 6 grams less of TNT equivalent but that's not a big deal, they perform better at any distance. Also always take 5 HE in ww2 tanks, 2 from cold war and up, expecially on russian tanks

The F-15E is subpar against it's still the second best BVR plane in the game. America not having the best of the best for a couple of updates among all of them is not that of a big deal
