I love my angel wife, Flonne! The original Disgaea is definitely considered a JRPG classic among enthusiasts!

She's not in any of the platformers I would consider my favorites, really. But now that I think about it, I'm not big on platformers in general. When I think of favorites in that genre, I keep thinking of the original DK Country, Mario 64 Multiplayer, Pizza Tower, Kirby Superstar... Does Contra count as a platformer? I enjoyed "Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero?" and it's sequel, which DID feature my wife, but it's not one of my favorites.
