>I have no fucking idea what Steve is smoking in his bit. It sounds like he just made up the idea of DC heroes ruling as gods when they're venerated for just being heroes

Look up one post.

I already have most of that in Epic format. In fact going over the wiki page if they just release epic vol 8 I will have, in some form or another, an entire run of Captain America up until and Including Heroes Return

>>he's usually a marvelfag and consumes everything marvel

I realize this is off topic but it is related to the whole casualization of nerd shit but as a long standing comic book fan the rise of super hero films have been nothing short of an endless migraine. I'll see people parade up and down how much they love "CHARACTER FROM LATEST MCU FILM" but they know nothing about the genre beyond that. And I get everyone has to start somewhere but they actively refuse to show interest in the actual comics. A lot of them even have a hard time understanding that the movies and books can be different. And I want to be very specific with that last point. I don't mean they don't know HOW they're different, because that would be fine, what I mean is they can't or even outright refuse to understand that they CAN BE different. Try explaining the Captain Marvel situation to a movie only fan and boy will you see some looks.

No more decompression. Period.
Hire editors who know their shit and will tell insane writers to shut up.
Hire writers who aren't just bucking for a netflix deal.
Hire artists who can draw super heroes. Not foodies hanging out.
Lower prices, bring back outside ads and revive the newstand.
