You are talking nonsense but even if I agree with everything you said, Second Inquisition isn't Hunter book.
In fact, they are called Jobbers by H5. One of the orgs they are calling Jobbers are literally Leopold, so I have no idea what they are smoking.
So Second Inquisition and 5th Edition as a whole continue to suck.
