I think it's a biomechanics thing for me, specifically related to any sort of running / walking movement. I walk like a sperg as well, bouncing and flouncing up and down. There's just something not right with how I move.
on the stationary bike I don't have to deal with any of that, I just sit there and pedal hard for 30, 45 minutes working up a great sweat.
