I fucking HATE Equinox and I'm someone that is pretty positive on VOY overall.
I thought they took things too far. I don't think any Starfleet Captain, no matter how desperate, would ever power their ship by fucking genocide to get a few people home instead of settling on some M-class planet.
That's the one VOY episode that stretches my disbelief beyond saving.
