I've never done the super secret final boss but I always get at least 100-200 hours of enjoyment out of doing the main story and fucking around with item world stuff and getting cool versions of generics with my bros names. There's always a point where the grind stops being worth it and then I just move on but the series is silly and fun and has sexy girls so it is always enjoyable.
