So I need a change in my life where its not prison but its also not a place where it has a TV but I still have access to a phone to call my mom once a day. I think a cult would work but I think most cults are filled with violance if im not wrong, and the one cult that would work probably wouldn't let me call my mom. What should I do? My brain is completely fucked with dopamine I have 2 computer monitors, a 40 inch TV, 1 laptop, 1 smartphone, 1 windows tablet, a Tv in the living room, I can't escape from screens and I can't escape from porn as every time I want to I just see fucking ads that make me want to watch porn, and I only ever feel like this like once a month so I need something today before I change my mind tomorrow and forget about all of it and continue with my constant dopamine hits.
