Yeah, honestly it's one of the most glaring issues of the deck and probably the main reason why it's not doing well right now. I'm not sure how they're going to fix it, if Jeanne is still the main lategame play next set they'll just have to make a lower cost lapis equivalent or something.
Granted if they gave haven a reliable easy to setup combo the deck would be busted for this set.
