Well I know my CPU and RAM and huge bottlenecks because they're over a decade old but I just don't get why more of the game isn't run on my GPU and VRAM

Thinking about replacing my motherboard, CPU and RAM. Any suggestions for a relatively cheap replacement that I can expect to last for awhile? I've been using this setup for probably 10 years at least now minus the CPU (980 Ti) dying.

No ASRock as they have fucked me in the past and I refuse to ever buy them again
