Yeah, it turns from general rioting/revolution into some Crossed/The Crazies shit after a while. But I can't see it remaining like that forever, I imagine a bit after the World Government is overthrown people would start chilling out and we'd see some sort of order/civilization begin to arise. Tribal, backwards, and bizarre. But civilization none the less.
