So reception was pretty mixed with the Arathi storyline (one side thought it was an affront against God, the other thought it was proof of the absence of God), but if you were to write a story involving both faction how would you go about it?

There are only two types of racial leaders now; the kind that are obnoxiously racist, and the ones that are not nearly racist enough.
