I really don't know how someone could clear Zero Codex without Mika. I just did so and I was at Link Crash in the end snatching victory from the jaws of defeat. Without her to keep everyone's health consistently high I'd likely have died midway through.

I feel my combos are extremely dependant on her. As is keeping the health up through its entirety
