Am I retarded and I should have Guard hodl the first round to let enemies get into range

Imperial Agents could be goated but GW just piled in kill teams and stray bits of 3 other factions and called it a day and each KT that's part of Agents doesn't help the issue. They need a full UNIQUE range. Like cops on bikes. Or heretic burning buggies. Or a xeno in a xeno torture device to weaponize its psychic pain.
