As he correctly pointed out, she doesn't even look like that anymore, she moved from the bleached short hair and giant suits to mid length brown hair and faux-tomboy clothes around S2's promotion. I don't like her LARP, but I'm not going to be retarded and pretend she isn't a pretty woman because she had a phase of dressing like a teenage chav. Any more than I will pretend Emilia Clarke turning into a skeleton post GoT means she wasn't a pretty woman previously.
I can simply hope that she gets bored of it eventually and dresses like a woman again, but in the meantime, she remains beautiful in actual acting roles where other people dress her. Emilia putting back on weight wouldn't turn back time but she'd look less terribly unhealthy at least. I haven't seen her in anything since GoT ended so I can't speak to how she looks on-screen these days.
