alright, I mistook what you said. I thought you were like the mongoloid above who was bitching about "loading and similar mechancis bad because you can max out your mons quickly..." when fucking dragon quest had metal slimes in the first game
I agree that loading thematically flies in the face of the partnership/bond aspect. on the other hand, do consider that loading exists for you to free up slots in your inventory and to offload excess digimon scan data which would otherwise be accumulate and end up wasted, in a similar vein to digimon digital card battle's partner powerup and card fusion systems fueled by dupes.
would it bother you less if the loading relied on scan data as fuel instead of converted digimon?
