Honestly rather than the other stuff I feel like if managers solved tech issues, did software setup, made visual effects/scenes for the vtubers, managed their streamdecks and made their thumbnails so all the vtuber had to do was decide the streams they wanted to do a week or so in advance and hit go live that would be a bigger benefit

I'm so glad /pxl/ is full of content creators, people who stream daily, financial analysts who know the breakdown of streamer income, social media managers. Otherwise they'd be talking out of their ass about a niche industry they'd have no way of having any insight into.

If I was a manager I would sort of expect this to be part of my responsibilities. Not that making like 8 images per week would take more than few minutes each. For run the mill stuff like Kanna does, it's just generic game artwork plus generic character artwork or image from twitter tag and some text with reused template.
