problem is that takopi has nothing to say beyond just showing us a story. the mangaka probably thought he was tackling issues like childhood trauma, bullying, generational trauma etc, but at the end of the day, the only thing that solved the problem was a deus ex machina, but then the author sells it as "you just need to talk and get to understand one another bro", when in reality the only message you could draw from this (which you shouldn't since it's just poorly made) is that nothing will ever solve the problem or stop the bullying except a deus ex machina. and alternatively the only other """solution""" is to kill your bully or yourself.
