Okay, i can buy both, a current warbond and Dust devils. Which one should I get? Chemical Agents, Masters of ceremony or Force of law. Those are the last 3 I dont have (aside the Halo warbond)

Only 2 warbonds left are Masters of Ceremony and Force of Law.
Since I never see the apcifier or amendment used or praised EVER, I guess it comes down to the armour bonuses and maybe the electric grenade launcher, because that I actually see being used from time to time. So which one is more useful?
Right? or am I missing something?
