Conquest: Higher difficulty, more varied map objectives, no grinding and limited funds without dlc.
Birthright: Difficulty-wise slightly harder than Awakening, simple maps, unlimited grinding.
Rev: "Golden" Route, highly gimmick, pretty bad unit balance but you get (almost) everyone.
Imo CQ has the better girls, and don't listen to what anyone else says all three routes have awful writing.
