It's complicated, most Tunisians want stronger Arab unity and they feel a lot of solidarity with other Arabs, but they don't want an ummah, they don't want to dissolve into a bigger nation and lose their autonomy.
But I can guarantee you less than 1% of Tunisian want jihad and killing and blah blah blah.
Government imprisoned most of those, hell, just going to Salet El fajr in a mosque might get you on the radar of the police.
Religion isn't really important for Tunisian.
They just want Arab countries to be stronger out of idealistic altruism and unity to feel security against the western block.
