A church with a lot of little kids is actually a good sign. It means there are lots of young families which means the church is healthy and not dying. The wives will have social networks inside and outside the church with lots of single men. What you see on Sunday morning is only a fraction of the church community. And the wives want to find you a husband. It's part of community building.

A church without kids is usually full of old people and is dying through attrition.

You don't have to be a christoid to go to church. Being part of a wholesome and welcoming community is valuable even if you don't believe in the doctrine. If asked about your beliefs, just tell people that you are searching for the truth. You will be warmly welcomed by everyone, no matter what you believe.

Humans are designed to live in communities and get support from the members while also giving support. We aren't meant to live life in this isolated modern society.
