I think a straight up DPS chart will probably kill co-op.

I do think it could be something like Monster Hunter's end screen, where each player gets some kind of "useless" award like Rescued 3 downed allies, 80% headshot accuracy, 3 colossus parts broken, 10 buffs applied something along those lines. Then one of the award can be BIG DICK DAMAGE so that one Serena or whoever can feel good about himself.
