Things we've learned last chapter:

1. Yoshida wanted Denji dead and erased since Church arc. He was trying to get Denji laid with Fumiko and kill him via fumification.
2. Yoshida told Asa to stay away from Denji, not to protect Denji who he planned to have killed and erased by Fumiko, but to protect Asa from Denji and keep her away from any other forms of danger.
3. Yoshida and Fumiko still count on Pochita eating Death devil and/or Asa weaponizing Denji, which means they're still planning on killing Denji one way or the other and separating him from his contract with Pochita.
4. Denji doesn't listen to a word people say except sex and pussy, meaning he already forgot sex with Fumiko would kill him.

He's right though. Last chapter confirmed Yoshida sent Fumiko to kill Denji since the start of Church arc. Combine that with the fact he told Asa to stay away from Denji, and you've cracked the code. Asa also has the power to kill Denji, but Yoshida rather opted Fumiko be the one to do it since he wanted Asa safe and away from Denji for her own good. That's love.
