Using for how long? In what else besides exercise? I think that's still bad because it doesn't replace porn. Suppose that you manage to develop a good set of habits: exercise, studying, eating healthy stuff, meditation. You reward yourself with porn for all this stuff, but if you try to stop the whole thing falls apart because the routine itself wasn't giving those dopamines (or substituting porn's), masturbation was, worse yet: combined with porn.
You should be smarter about all of this.
